Congratulations, Coombs Grads!
The recently graduated class of high school seniors have grown up with Coombs. We feel so proud of these strong, kind, adventurous young people and we can’t wait to see where life takes them.
We’d like to introduce you to some members of the Coombs class of 2023, and share some of their memories as a member of our community over the years.
Jasmin Carrillo
Started with Coombs: Age 8
Plans after high school: Laramie Community College, undecided but would like to study STEM
Favorite Coombs Memory: “It was the last day of the ski season, the sun was out and there was a race course. I decided to try it. As I was going down I could feel the wind pulling me back, yet I wanted to go faster. At that moment, I felt like the fastest skier on the mountain. After this adventure, I thought about becoming a ski racer!”
Johan Garcia

Favorite Coombs Memory: Back in the day Emily Coombs took them out to Phelps Lake for a soccer team lake day. Johan used a booklet to identify animals, including a cool mouse. He also remembers that his brother found a fish in the lake and loved it so much he tried to keep it, but, alas, the fish didn’t make it!
